Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as missed appointments, are non-refundable, and any deposit or payment may be retained. Appointments are reserved for the time selected. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, while the full appointment fee remains due. Failure to be present or provide access at the scheduled time may be treated as a no-show. Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, pregnancy, recent procedures, or other circumstances that may affect massage therapy. Massage is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Hands Of Eden Mobile Massage may modify or decline a service when treatment is not appropriate. The client must provide a safe, clean, private, and suitable location for the appointment. The therapist may refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, inappropriate, or inconsistent with professional standards. Services are available within the designated service area. Travel or out-of-area fees may apply and will be disclosed before the appointment is confirmed.
