Crunch Time: Hands of Eden Is Teaming Up With Crunch Fitness Portland

Portland's fitness scene is about to get a lot louder. Crunch Fitness is opening its new club at Pine Tree Shopping Center this winter, and Hands of Eden is proud to be one of its local wellness partners.

Why does a mobile massage business belong in a gym partnership? Because training is only half the work. The other half is recovery, and that's where we come in.

Training breaks you down. Recovery builds you back.

Every hard workout creates tiny tears in your muscle fibers. That's the point, because your body repairs them stronger. But that repair needs help. Tight fascia, knotted shoulders, and locked-up hips don't sort themselves out between sessions. When recovery gets skipped, you pay for it in stiffness, stalled progress, and the kind of nagging aches that turn into injuries.

Regular massage helps your body bounce back. It improves circulation to tired muscles, eases tension that limits your range of motion, and gives your nervous system a chance to shift out of go-mode. Whether you're chasing a new PR, grinding through group classes, or just getting back into a routine, recovery work keeps you training instead of sitting on the sidelines.

What this partnership means for Crunch members

Starting with the grand opening, here's what you can expect:

A recovery table at the grand opening. Stop by, get worked on, and feel the difference before you even leave the club.

An exclusive Crunch member discount on Hands of Eden sessions, available through the Crunch app.

Pop-ups and events throughout the year focused on recovery, mobility, and wellness.

Recovery that comes to you

Hands of Eden is fully mobile. You finish your workout, head home, and we bring the table, the linens, and the expertise straight to your door. No driving to a spa after leg day. No waiting rooms. Just focused recovery work in your own space.

I've been a licensed, board-certified massage therapist since 2017, with more than 120 verified reviews and a 4.9-star rating from clients across Southern Maine. I've worked with athletes, gym regulars, veterans, and busy professionals, and I know what a body under training load needs.

Built for Portland, built for people who train

Crunch is new to the Portland community, and so is the energy it's bringing. We're excited to support members from day one, whether you're in Portland, South Portland, Westbrook, Falmouth, Scarborough, or anywhere else we serve across Southern Maine.

Ready to recover like you train?

Book your session at edens207.com or call 207-747-8944. Crunch members, look for our offer in the Crunch app rewards section once the club opens.

See you at the grand opening.
