Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for you, please review these important details: - A valid credit card is required to complete all online bookings (securely stored, only charged for no-shows). - All major payment methods are accepted in-person at your appointment. - Email confirmations are sent immediately upon booking, with check-ins after confirmation from Javere. - Bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Same-day bookings require a $40 fee. Please contact us by Text or Email if you need to change or cancel your appointment. No-show clients will be charged the full session fee. Cancellations within 24 hours may also be charged to keep availability fair for all clients and team members.
